Work history (chronologically): I've been a stock boy, an Assistant Manager, a machinist, a factory lab tech, an Engineering tech, a Quality Engineer, a Production Foreman, and a Planning and Scheduling Manager. Away from big manufacturing since 2007, I continue to be a professional home design and plans producer, a builder of custom homes and light commercial (so far), pool builder, remodeler, and installer of anything in support of our retail store. We have owned and operated a Retail Home Center since 1997.
Hobbies: Playing Musician (guitar) and Recording Music (digital home studio mostly Roland), Registered Dog Breeder (Dobermans, Min Pins, Miniature Schnauzers, and Weimeraners over the years), Automotive improvement and restoration (project car is a 1981 Mazda RX-7 with Cartech Mariah complete wide body etc. etc.), carpentry and woodworking, computer builder, and spreader of the word on pool ionizers.
I have also been known to pull a leg every now and then.

Welcome David. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Found your dust collector video on youtube, great design! I saw your small tool cart in the video and new I’ve seen it on LJ’s, so I found you on here and added you. I see we’ve roughly been on LJ’s about the same amount, how long have you been building your home garage shop? We have similar taste when it comes to design and tools (for the money). I find myself getting pretty good tools to get my shop up and running as fast as possible without killing the bank with Powermatic equipment.
Looking forward to the next video on YouTube.
